I am afraid not. Clomid might well help you ovulate, but if your fallopian tubes have been tied, or cut then there is no way for those eggs to travel to meet the sperm. At this point, the only way to conceive is to do IVF or to have surgery to undo the tubal ligation. Depending on the type of ligation done, reversal may or may not be possible. Also, becoming a parent through a surrogate or using an egg donor may be other options.
