I was 4w1d pregnant when I had blood drawn and my HcG level came back at 2130. With my 1st daughter at exactly 4w, my levels were 45. This seems really high and wanted to know if I should be concerned?

Hcg levels are among the most common question we get here. Google “hcg levels in pregnancy” and you can find a few different charts that illustrate the huge variables in numbers in normal healthy pregnancies. Actually, 45 in your first pregnancy seems low for 4 w, which goes to show you that the level thing is more of an art than a science. The most important factor is if that number is growing, which yours obviously. It won’t be long before you can have an ultrasound and you can rule out the possibility of multiples, one potential reason for high levels. Otherwise, no reason to be concerned.
