Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis for gender selection is very controversial and you’re right, it varies by country. One resource is the International PGD Society http://www.pgdis.org. I couldn’t find a lis tof countries there, but doing some more digging mmight lead to results. And the US has numerous doctors who will do PGD for family balancing.
