Amy, There are lots of lifestyle factors that could affect your odds of getting pregnant. Make sure you: -eat a well-balanced diet -take a multi-vitamin with folic acid -stop smoking -stop drinking alcohol -get a checkup and screened for STDs and any vaccinations you might need -make sure your partner stops drinking and smoking, too. -if you’re overweight, even losing just 10% of your body weight can make a big difference. But if you’re sure you’re ovulating and it’s been two years – go make a doctor’s appointment and get a bigger picture.

Good luck!
