Offline I haven’t seen any stats on I haven’t seen any stats on using both Menopur and Femera, mostly because it’s hard to get all other things equal. The success depends on so many factors: sperm quality, endometrial lining, the expertise of the doctor/embryologist and so on. In terms of side effects, Femara (Letrozole) is famous for nasty headaches, so talk to your doc about what to do if you get them. Best wishes, Angie Best-Boss
