Vaginismus is vaginal tightness causing discomfort, burning, pain, penetration problems, or complete inability to have intercourse. But it doesn’t mean you can’t have a baby. As you know, an at-home insemination is one option and 15-20 min of elevation is fine. Vaginal moisture and extra seminal fluid can feel excessive and is not a cause for concern.
