Vaginismus is vaginal Submitted by Angie on Tue, 05/12/2009 – 10:35. Vaginismus is vaginal tightness causing discomfort, burning, pain, penetration problems, or complete inability to have intercourse. But it doesn’t mean you can’t have a baby. As you know, an at-home insemination is one option and 15-20 min of elevation is fine. Vaginal moisture and extra seminal fluid can feel excessive and is not a cause for concern. However, if you’ve been doing inseminations at home for a year, are you sure you’re ovulating? Has your partner had a semen analysis? Don’t go another year without looking at potential reasons for the delay.  Need Help? A Counselor is Waiting All Sessions Start for Free – Click below to get started
