Unfortunately, ovarian
Unfortunately, ovarian reserve is defined as the availability of eggs left in your ovaries. Women are born with a finite number of eggs and when we run out, we run out. That means there isn't anything we can do to increase the number of eggs we have left.
On your FSH, 11 does indicate a diminished reserve, but your lH is good. Pregnancy may be possible with your eggs. Speak with your reproductive endocrinologist about your treatment options, and then get a second opinion before making any decisions.
Good luck!
