If your cycle is that irregular, another round of clomid probably won't help. A ten day, even 20 day cycle isn't typical and is an indication something isn't quite right. The next best thing for you is to go get a hormone evaluation done so you and your medical professional can see exactly what is happening with your body. After all, if your hormone levels are out of whack, they may affect your ability to carry a pregnancy, much less get pregnant.
