Hi. Do you know what the success rates are of using Menopur and Femara during the same cycle? Any side effects I should be wary of? Thanks!

I haven’t seen any stats on using both Menopur and Femera, mostly because it’s hard to get all other things equal. The success depends on so many factors: sperm quality, endometrial lining, the expertise of the doctor/embryologist and so on. In terms of side effects, Femara (Letrozole) is famous for nasty headaches, so talk to your doc about what to do if you get them. Best wishes, Angie Best-Boss
