It's probably too soon to tell. Even if everything is perfect, your odds of conceiving in one month are only 25%. The basic rules are this - if you're under 30, and you have a normal menstrual history, then try unprotected sex for a year, then go talk to your doctor.

After 30, wait six months, then go to your doctor. But what matters most is what you neeed to do to feel comfortable. So, take your prenatals, get in the doctor now for a preconception visit, make sure your shots are updated, etc, quit smoking and drinking (your partner should do the same) and begin tracking your ovulation and menstrual cycles.
