Great question - one that

Great question - one that lots of women have wondered. In fact, there are specially designed pillows for just that reason. But you know what, the most cost-effective way to keep semen moving toward its final destination is have intercourse with your hips elevated with a standard pillow. After sex, keep your hips elevated 15-20 minutes. Some women use the bicycle position and put their hips in the air, but that seems like overkill in my book. Make sure you've got a washable pillowcase or towel on the pillow and you are good to go! best wishes,
Angie
