My sympathies on the loss of
My sympathies on the loss of your baby - miscarriages can be heartbreaking. The only positive is that it shows you can, in fact, get pregnant.
There are things you can do to improve your odds:
Fertility Supplements
I am a big fan of the new fertility supplement coming on the market called FertilityRegimen for Women (complete disclosure: I wrote some of the material on the website), but what I like about it is that the formula changes throughout the month as your cycle changes. Whichever one you choose - make sure it has folic acid for you!
Weight
If you or your partner need to lose weight, even a 10% drop can make a world of difference in trying to conceive. Also, if you're too thin, it can affect your menstrual cycle.
Tracking
Make sure you known when you ovulate so you can time intercourse to the day. Remember that ovulation predictor kits tell you a surge has already happened, so they aren't ideal.
Checkups
A physical for both of you is a good idea, too.
No Drugs or alcohol for either of you and remember to keep his lap cool - no laptops, hot tubs, extensive bike riding or briefs.
