I am 42 and for the past 3 weeks have been really passionate and my husband and I have been having intercourse every night - for the past few mornings I have been sick to my stomach - but he has not been ejaculating inside of my - can I still get pregnant

A couple of things

A couple of things here....first, you can have sex every night for three weeks and if you didn't time it to when you were ovulating, it's not gonna give you the best odds of conceiving. Secondly, ejaculation is pretty important when you want to get pregnant. It is possible that some ejaculate on the end of his penis may still meet up with an egg (ask lots of teenagers!), but not likely.

The bigger question for me is - why isn't he ejaculating inside? Is he not onboard with trying to get pregnant? Is he ejaculating at all? Is this a medical issue for him that warrants a trip to the urologist, or an issue that calls for a mental health professional and a serious heart to heart?
