29,with vaginismus, trying to conceive for the last 1 yr. We do at-home insemination & I lay on the bed 15-20 mins with legs up. However,I find that the semen leaks out of my vagina if i get up or even the next morning when i go to toilet.Normal?

Vaginismus is vaginal

Vaginismus is vaginal tightness causing discomfort, burning, pain, penetration problems, or complete inability to have intercourse. But it doesn't mean you can't have a baby.

As you know, an at-home insemination is one option and 15-20 min of elevation is fine. Vaginal moisture and extra seminal fluid can feel excessive and is not a cause for concern.

However, if you've been doing inseminations at home for a year, are you sure you're ovulating? Has your partner had a semen analysis? Don't go another year without looking at potential reasons for the delay.
