in the 2 weeks after implantaion of fertilised eggs, how much rest taking it easy is needed. 38 yrd old with history of endo (have beautiful 6 yrd old after 7 yrs of trying)and lately high FSH. am i house bound, bed rest? shopping? worried about daughter

The good news is that there is little reason to be house bound or on bed rest after an embryo transfer. The day of absolutely take it easy and rest, but that's mostly because of undergoing a surgical procedure.

The next two weeks can be spent much as you would any other time in early pregnancy. Avoiding drugs or alcohol, keeping stress to a minimum, reasonable amounts of exercise, and maintain a good sleep schedule.
