i've had a laproscopy done to remove cysts, then an hsg and now i'm on metformin.what do i need to do to get pregnant naturally?

I am making an assumption

I am making an assumption here, but because of the fact you had surgery to remove cysts and you are on met, I am guessing you have PCOS. The good news is that most women with PCOS can get pregnant. And, many of them do so without needing IVF.

However, some do need medical treatment and you should discuss all of your options with your health care provider. But for women with PCOS (like me), there are a wide range of lifestyle changes you can make that can dramatically improve your odds of conception.

I would recommend getting involved with the PCOS Challenge, a program that brings women with PCOS together to support each other in the difficult journey to turning our lives around and trying to reverse PCOS.
