Conceiving Problem

I have had a problems

I have had a problems conceiving, I was pregnant, had a miscarriage, after I went for the DNC, I have had my periods normally each month since, the problem is I don't know when I ovulate, as I get my period for +-4-5 days only, when is the best time to conceive, how many days before my period, or how many days after my period.

Timing when to have

Timing when to have intercourse is critical for baby-making. Read Take Charge of Your Fertility for great information on getting to know your body. In general, you can expect to ovulate anywhere between 11-21 days since the last menstrual period (LMP), or 12-16 days from when you expect the next menstrual period to start.

Big gap, right? That's why you need to start tracking your ovulation with a basal body temp or ovulation predictor kits - once you know when you ovulate, you can time your baby-making sex just right.
