They include: infection, genetic defects, environmental exposure to toxins, drug/alcohol use, hormone level problems, an undescended testicle, vericocele, and more.

If an inital semen analysis has back less than ideal, the best thing to do is make an appointment with an andrologist, who is a urologist certified to treat male infertility.
