Since my last delivery three years ago it's been hard for me to get pregnant. Does the bilateral uterine artery ligation prevent pregnancy???

A bilateral uterine artery

A bilateral uterine artery ligation is done to treat symptoms of fibroids, including abnormal uterine bleeding and associated pain. The procedure is designed to dramatically reduce, but not totally restrict, blood flow to the uterus placing the fibroids in a dormant or non-active state. There are, however, cases of prgnancy after the procedure.

However, in your bio, you mention you are 38 years old and have nine children. Congratulations on your family. however, your age and the existing fibroids may also be affecting your fertility.
