My Thyroid level is high (4.860). We started trying in 01/10 and had a miscarriage in 09/10 at 8 weeks. We have been trying to conceive since the miscarriage with no luck. Is there anything we can do to increase our chances?

As heatrbreaking as it is,

As heatrbreaking as it is, getting pregnant before with the same partner is a good sign, even if you lost the pregnancy. It means that both of you are healthy enough to produce a pregnancy.

Thyroid levels can be related to miscarriage, though and you will want to make sure your are adequately treating that before trying to get pregnant again.

Otherwise, both you and your partner need to be taking vitamins and folic acid, abstaining from alcohol and drugs (yes him, too)and working toward a healthy lifestyle and a healthy weight. A pre-pregnancy checkup is also a great idea if you haven't been to the doctor in a while.

Good luck!
