Is it possible to have a period and not ovulate? I was dx with PCOS 7 years ago and in Feb I went off the pill and didnt get a period until May and then 5wks later in June, did that mean I ovulated and I can possibly conceive naturally?

It is completely possible to

It is completely possible to have a period and not ovulate. It is not uncommon for women with PCOS to get prgnant soon after getting off the pill (as they are still benefitting from the hormones). In fact, I did!

It is also possible to conceive naturally with PCOS and many women do, especially in their 30s. The best way to tell if you ovulated to is to track your cycle with temperature charts, or ovulation predictor kits and get to know what's happening with your body.

Good luck!
