In 2002, my obgyn checked my tubes to see if they were damage or closed, they wasn't. Nov. '08, a fertility clinic checked my tubes and said she "think" they are closed, but wasn't sure. She never called me back. What do I do now?

A fertility clinic not

A fertility clinic not returning calls is reason enough to consider moving along to another doctor, but it would be helpful to know why the doctor thought the tubes were closed. Was this based on an ultrasound or an HSG?

One tube or both? This distinction is critically important for your future conceiving information.

So - contact the office and set up a time to pick up a copy of your medical records. They should release them to you and you can take them to your OB/GYN or another fertility doctor to help evaluate where you are and what your next steps should be.

Good luck.
