You aren't going to like this answer, but I don't know. And, odds are, the only way to find out which one is the dad is going to be a DNA test either before or after baby is born. To do a DNA test, a specimen of DNA needs to be obtained from each of the parents as well as the fetus.
There are two methods involved in collecting fluids while the baby is in utero:
Chorionic Villi Sampling, or CVS can be performed between the tenth and thirteenth weeks of pregnancy. A doctor will insert a catheter through the vagina or will use a long, hollow needle through the abdomen to obtain cells from the placenta. The method used depends on the baby's position in the uterus. The other option in an amniocentesis will be performed between the fourteenth and twenty-fourth weeks of pregnancy. In an amnio, a needle is pushed through the abdomen to extract some amniotic fluid surrounding the baby.
