i was on the pill for about two years and then came off it last year to start a family. since being off the pill i havent had any periods, can tou please tell me why this is and if there is anything i can do.

Certainly being off the pill

Certainly being off the pill for two years is enough time for your body to adjust to being off of the hormones. So, it sounds like the problem lies in an ovulatory disfunction of your own, such as PCOS.

The next best step is to get to an GYN or fertility specialist and get a hormone panel done so you can see why you aren't having periods. Beyond difficulty conceiving, no periods means something isn't right in your body and you need to take steps to understand and correct the problem to avoid future health problems.
