I don’t know if you were on

I don’t know if you were on medication this cycle and that can make a difference in getting a false positive pregnancy test. Home tests are usually 97% accurate when all instructions are followed correctly and the results are read on time. False positive pregnancy tests are rare - though there are instances and conditions where they can occur. A chemical pregnancy, waiting too long to read the test, fertility meds and misreading the evaporation line are all potential reasons. Your options? Test again after a week or so, and if positive, ask for another blood test. Best, Angie
