One of the ways to determine
One of the ways to determine if you have eggs that would be viable for a surrogacy would be to an FSH test done on day 3 of your cycle. FSH tests for ovarian reserve. However, if you do not have a cycle, that makes hormonal testing more difficult, and would also indicate that perhaps your hormonal levels are not fine.
Women who do not have a menstrual cycle need to know why they are not doing so. First, the build up in the uterine lining can cause health problems down the road and increase your chances of getting cancer. Second, you need to know why you aren't have periods.
However, even if you do not have viable eggs, you can still peruse a surrogate pregnancy, but you would have to use an egg donor, which would bring up the cost of the procedure.
Best wishes,
Angie
