You can do a couple of things to help move sperm closer to your cervix. First during intercourse (and missionary position is considered on the best positions for baby-making), place a pillow under your hips. An old towel on top of the pillow will keep it clean.

After he ejaculates, raise your hips in the air - think of the old bicycle exercise you might have done in high school. At the very least, keep your hips elevated on a couple of pillows.
