Unfortunately, when a woman has her fallopian tubes tied, there isn't any way to get pregnant naturally (unless the procedure fails, which isn't often, but does happen).
Your only other options are IVF or a reversal of the procedure, which may or not be possible, depending on the type of procedure that was done and her particular circumstance.
In vitro fertilization, or IVF, is an expensive procedure and it may be that your options for biological children with her are limited right now.
