Can someone help with my Basal Body Temperature. When am I exactly supposed to take it and how often?

What you are doing is taking

What you are doing is taking your temperature first thing in the morning and plotting the temperature on a chart. Try to take it the same time if you can every morning. What you are looking for is a shirt if the temperature which will indicate ovulation.

Janis is exactly

Janis is exactly right.Charting your BBTs is pretty easy and cheap. The shift she mentions looking for is at least .4 degrees Fahrenheit after ovulation making your chart biphasic (showing low temperatures before ovulation in the follicular phase, and higher ones after ovulation in the luteal phase). Chart for a few months and look for patterns. You can download free charts online. Best wishes, Angie Best-Boss
