1st clomid in aug 08 at 50 mg,It worked but I did not get pregnant,I took a month break & started back in Oct 08 at 75 mg nothing,Nov 08 100 mg nothing,December 100mg nothing,prescribed metformin took3 month break & started 150mg do u think it will work

I don’t know if you just didn’t get pregnant at 75 or 100 mg, or if you didn’t ovulate either. They are two different issues. If you ovulate at 100 mg, there is no need to go higher. You mention metformin, so I am guessing PCOS is an issue. Certainly I wouldn’t give up on Clomid without trying metformin for a few months if you have PCOS, but 3-4 months of Clomid and metformin will give you a good indication of whether this is going to work or not.
