It is important to whatch what you eat during pregnancy. A good diet will increase your odds of having a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby with a well-developed brain and a healthy immune system
A pregnancy diet shouldn’t be that much different from a normal, healthy diet. It is generally recommended that pregnant women increase their daily intake by 100 calories in the first trimester and 300 calories in the second and third trimester . This isn't exactly eating for two but it is a significant increase.
