Cannot seem to relax lately

We have been trying to have a baby for 5yrs. We are now in a study and hope to get some of my treatments for free. Right now we are going through the everytime we have sex it is for a baby...to make a long story short, it is hard for my significant other "to break through" because I cannot relax. Any suggestions?
