Finding fertility treatment abroad is risky for women

Women who go out of their native country to find cure for their fertility problem might be putting their own lives and future babies at risk.
A recent report published in Reuters, one of the leading news agencies in this planet state that many clinics abroad do not pass the international standards, which put the lives of their patients in jeopardy.
Based on the report, many women go overseas not only to find cure for their infertility but also to obtain much cheaper treatment for their medical condition such as vitro fertilization.
Vitro fertilization (IVF) is a process by which egg cells are fertilized by sperm outside of the womb, in vitro.
IVF is a major treatment in infertility when other methods of assisted reproductive technology have failed.
The process involves hormonally controlling the ovulatory process, removing ova (eggs) from the woman's ovaries and letting sperm fertilise them in a fluid medium. The fertilized egg (zygote) is then transferred to the patient's uterus with the intent to establish a successful pregnancy.
