Patch v Ring?

The vaginal walls absorb hormone better than our skin does. These techniques are quite impressive, they only have 30% of the hormone levels that the other methods have. In comparison studies Dr Creinin and his colleges in 2008 study showed that more women do prefer the ring than the patch.

It’s easier to use, but it had a few less side effects. It is different, and may not be for you. Don’t do this, but in research studies it does work for a full five weeks, not the 3 it’s prescribed for, so if you are a day or so late with the change we’ve got your back!
