Fertility massage is one of the best-kept secrets. It isn’t a cure-all, but it may be helpful for some to break up adhesions, relieve stress and improve general well-being and health.

There are some wonderful practitioners out there and some I’m not so sure about, but I am interested in the idea of being able to do a version of this fertility massage at home. You can expect to learn a massage practice you can do on yourself daily. You can expect to save money by not having to find and pay a massage therapist who specializes in fertility massage (there are few). This version incorporates Chi Nei Tsang (Asian organ massage), deep tissue massage, myofascial release, acupressure, reflexology and castor oil therapy.
