Mind/Body Stress Reduction Classes for Women

If you are in the NY area, you may want to consider joining the next mind/body stress reduction classes at the NYU fertility center.

With proven mind/body exercises and techniques, you will learn how to—
manage the enormous stress
use "problem solving" or "letting go" coping appropriately
enhance communication and intimacy with your partner
assess the complex issues of privacy and support
deal effectively with family, friends, and coworkers
grow from embracing the twin vantage points of “seeing you” and “being you”

Entering the Mind/Body Connection for Stress Reduction, Using the Mind to Trick the Brain for Enhanced Coping, Transforming Negative Thinking and Gaining Clarity by Building Awareness.

The dates for the next mind/body stress reduction classes at NYU Fertility Center are January 24, February 7 and 21. Classes meet on most Monday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.
