Is Exercise Really Helping?

While exercise is something that is considered to be a good thing, for those who are trying to conceive, exercise can sometimes become a tug-of-war. Exercises are necessary for those who are trying to conceive, but you need to make sure you are not going too far. Some try to exercise more than they need to and can actually put more stress on their body rather than help.

Exercising excessively can cause a woman to lose too much body fat; the kind of body fat that help a woman produce enough estrogen. Remember, without estrogen, there is no way a woman can ovulate. If you feel you need to exercise you should consult your doctor on ways to exercise lightly without overdoing it too much. If you are a little uneasy about asking a doctor how much you can exercise; for fear of not being able to exercise as much as you want, it is safe to say you can exercise for 30 minutes a day for four days, at the maximum.
