Sudden Drop

We have read from philosophers of old that anything done to the extreme is evil. This is true to even love and loving. This also applies to exercise. We may have heard it over and over again that we need exercise to stay fit. But, we do not need too much exercise.

Excessive exercise is dangerous. Women who indulge in over exercise may end up with disrupted ovulation cycle and may miss menstrual periods. This in effect will make the woman infertile. Low sperm count is the result on men. This has been proven in a study on rodents that are exposed to over-exercise. No wonder, there are athletic couples who could have not bear a child until they give up training.

Extreme weight loss due to exercise may also cause infertility. In most cases, this infertility is temporary. As soon as the individual’s weight loss is stopped and weight is back to normal, the person can be fertile again
