Female Infertility – What Are the Causes?

Women’s reproductive system is a very delicate structure and might be affected by the smallest change in their bodies. That is why a woman needs to avoid altering the system too much.

In this post, I will list some of the common reasons that might cause female infertility, those are:

1- Suppressing menstruation by taking birth control pills and other medications. This habit can potentially be a cause of infertility.

2- Having some kind of eating disorders such as Anorexia; this eating disorder often stops menstruation, making pregnancy very difficult to take place. On the other hand, over sized women may also encounter some fertility issues. I see that the ideal solution here is to maintain a healthy diet so you prevent any similar problems.

3- Egg quality plays a major role in infertility; if a woman has a poor egg quality, she will most probably suffer from infertility.

Those are just some of the reasons that must be checked in case there is no pregnancy after a complete year of trying.
