Study shows bicycle seat design affects sexual function among men

AFTER years of suspicion, now it can be told, the bicycle seat design can greatly affect the sexual function of men, a recent study said.

In a study published at the prestigious Journal of Sexual Medicine it was uncovered that the standard protruding nose extended seat design of most bikes in the world greatly affective the sexual appetite of the one using it.

Dr. Irwin Goldstein, editor-in-chief of the Journal of Sexual Medicine said what they undertook was a landmark study for our field that that is important for future riders, and modification of lifestyle showing improvement without any active treatment.

Goldstein said they took their conclusion based on the result of the experiment they made on some police officers who rode the traditional bicycle seat design and their comrades who use a bicycle seat design with shorter noseless seats.

He said compared to those who use the traditional bikes, police officers who use new designed bikes had better sexual performance in terms of erection and condition.

The medical expert said men should learn from the medical finding to protect their sexual organs while riding a traditional bicycle by wearing saddles.

Aside from wearing saddles, it would also be best if men could use more modern bicycles that do not use the traditional seat cover.

Do not allow a harmless bicycle to destroy your appetite for sex by making sure you are using a more modern seat design to protect your groin from harm.
