Being too thin poses infertility risk to women

In today's societies, beauty is defined as being sexy and thin.

To cope up with the situation many women in different parts of the world strive themselves to death just to make sure they pass this standard.

These actions pose potential health risk to these women of being inflicted with an eating disorder and fertility problems.

A recent study revealed that women who are too thin would have a hard time getting pregnant due to their weight.

Fertility expert Professor Brian Lieberman revealed women with a BMI (body mass index) of under 19 are at risk of absent or irregular periods, resulting in infertility.

Lieberman who is based in United Kingdom explained being thin would result in irregular menstrual cycle since the low weight will stop ovulation.

He explained women need a critical amount of body fat to store vital oestrogen and other hormones for them to get pregnant.

Further, Lieberman said to resolve the situation women need to gain adequate weight in order to bore a child in their womb.

This interesting study once again showed the world that real beauty is not in the outside but inside.

Women should learn from this study that they need to avoid getting too thin since it will affect their chances of getting pregnant.

The females in this planet should understand that the essence of a woman is to bore a child.

To make sure they are fertile to be pregnant women should strive hard to avoid getting too thin.

Being beautiful is not being thin and sexy but having full confidence on yourself.

Having self-confidence makes you look better on the outside and offer you inner peace.
