Mom At Last will be selecting the best Adoption Success story and the best IVF Success story posted in our forum by midnight April 30th 2010. The winners will each receive a $100 Gift Card.
How to enter: To enter the Mom at Last contest giveaway, all entrants must submit a store to either the Adoption Success Forum or to the IVF Success Forum. One submisser per person will be counted. The contest will end at 12:00AM EST on April 30, 2010. The winner will be notified by May 15, 2010. Offer void where prohibited. Please see the terms below.
Terms:
Eligibility: Mom at Last contest is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), and Canada and are 18 years of age or older. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
Sponsor: The Giveaways are sponsored by Mom at Last unless otherwise stated in the contest detailsAgreement to Official Rules: Participation in a Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Submission: Entries are limited to one entry per person unless otherwise stated. To enter the MAL contest, entrants must submit a success story in the forum. Entrants must register in order to submit a story and in doing so agree to abide by the terms and conditions.
Winner Selection: Winner(s) will be selected via random drawing. Mom at Last reserves the right to change the number of winners and the prizes offered on a draw by draw basis which would then alter the total amount of winnings per winner and the odds of winning. Potential winner(s) will be contacted via email and will be asked to provide their first and last names and mailing address. If a potential winner does not respond within the time frame stated in the notification email, the Sponsor
