How to Get a Baby Shower Gift Without Losing Your Mind

Let’s be honest for a minute - Baby showers aren't that exciting unless they are yours. Even if you aren't trying to get pregnant, the food is lame, the punch is bad, and do not get me started on the games. Never mind - I will. The worst? Trying to guess how much of a roll of toilet paper it would take to fit around new mamma's new waistline. Second in line, the diaper favor with melted chocolate or mustard squirted inside. "Oh look - you got the poopy diaper - you win!"
Feel free to take a pass if you get an invitation - but you still need to send a gift - that's the right thing to do.
You don't have to schlep down the aisles of the baby store, though. You can go online and send a gift card, or even go to a registry, have the gift wrapped, and even sent to the hostess of the shower in just a few minutes. Whip out the credit card for any of these places for quick gift:

Having a baby is very exciting especially if you're the one who is pregnant. But for this kind of economy, I don't think that a baby shower is necessary. As we all know, we are still in great financial crisis so it is not that practical to have such parties.
