Each IVF Cycle not transferable and must used by December 31, 2009. This package is for a basic IVF cycle and services. The IVF Cycle does include, baseline ultrasound, monitoring during stimulation period with ultrasounds and blood work, transvaginal egg retrieval, IVF facility fee and embryologist services, oocyte identification, embryo culture, embryo preparation for transfer, beta hCG blood test for pregnancy, and six week ultrasound should there be a positive pregnancy test. Couple must be able to travel to clinic for services.

The IVF cycle does not include pre-cycle diagnostic testing or procedures such as semen analysis, hysteroscopy, or mock transfer, anesthesia for retrieval, surgery such as laparoscopy or TESE, ICSI, Assisted Hatching, cryopreservation should there be extra embryos or medication.
